History: Marx grew up in the slum areas of Detroit. His parents tried their best to raise him to survive in the world, however due to a criminal shooting down both of Marx's parents, he was orphaned at the age of five. He was taken into an orphanage when one of the women who worked there found him in an alleyway crying. He lived in the orphanage for eight years while at the same time, going to a public school. At school, the teachers found Marx to a very polite, very intelligent, yet highly isolated from his peers. He had few friends, however since he got along with them very well, the teachers decided to let him be. Marx's high intelligence allowed him to skip grades and eventually hit high school at the age of 11.
When Marx turned thirteen, he obtained a scholarship to a private school in Illinois. He went away for three years. When he returned to Detroit, he saw that the orphanage was burnt down. With no further place he could call home, Marx resorted to becoming a criminal. He tended to steal food, money, clothes; the necessities. Whenever he's caught, he never struggles due to the fact that he's aware of the wrongness of his endeavors. After two years of suffering, he found himself in front of a pistol at point blank distance. Suddenly, a white light appeared which caused Marx to disappear suddenly just as the shot of the pistol rung out in the night. Marx would wake up to find out that he had been transported to a new world, the world of Masami.

Marx was running as quickly as he could. He had just robbed a convenience store to get himself food for the day. Marx didn't care if he got caught or not, he just wanted to make sure that he had enough to eat for at least one day. Marx heard the sound of the men from the convenience store yelling in anger and the noises of police sirens. It was the same deal for two whole years. The world was an ugly place and Marx said to himself that it was meant for us to survive in, nothing more. His painful past was more than enough to tell him that. Marx found himself looking down a deep, dark alleyway. It was the only way to escape from the pursuers as quickly as possible.
As he ran down the alleyway, he accidentally tackled into another man. The man yelped in surprised as Marx ran into him. Marx didn't have time to waste, he disregarded this incident and continued to run ahead. Suddenly, he felt a hot, sharp pain his his right foot. Marx violently toppled into the hard concrete floor in the alley. He looked back and saw that the man he knocked over was holding a Walther P99 in his hand. The tip of the barrel was smoking. Marx took a close look as the man's face and saw that it was Scar, the newly discovered mass murderer in Detroit. Scar was easily identified due to the large X scar on his forehead. His thin, hairy face was contorted with rage.
"Kid, what do you think your doing? I don't like it when people mess with me," Scar slowly got up and slowly walked to Marx with a ominous glare. Marx returned with a glare of his own, however, Marx knew that the situation was dire for him. Scar laughed. "Heh, you've got spunk, don't ya? I hate that! It freakin' annoys me!" Scar pounced on to Marx and smashed his tibia with his knee. Marx screamed in intense pain; it felt like white hot knives had been exploding right out of his leg. Marx's face was white and covered in sweat.
"Are you going to kill me?" asked Marx quietly. "What will you accomplish by ending my life?" Scar laughed loudly. His laugh echoed throughout the alleyway. He bent down so that his face was so close to Marx's that he could actually smell his foul breath that smelled of rotten onions.
"I don't need a reason to kill anyone now do I?" Scar whispered in Marx's ear. "You've screwed around with me, so you will just have to pay the price," Scar shoved the barrel of his black pistol on to Marx's forehead. Marx, without thinking, slammed his fist on to Scar's face. Scar yelled in pain and dropped the gun, unfortunately Scar had planned that this would happen and smashed Marx's hand with his boot. Marx yelped in pain and recoiled violently. Scar stood up with a bloody nose, picked up his pistol and pointed it at Marx.
"You're pissing me off even more and more kid!" yelled Scar with a bloody glare etched on his face. "I was going to end it quickly for you by shooting you in the head, but now I'm not feeling so nice! Have you ever seen Robocop?"
"N...n...no,"
"Well, let's just say that you'll wish you'd died a minute ago after I'm through with you!" Suddenly, just as the loud explosion of the gunshot rung through Marx's ears, a white light engulfed Marx in a flash. The wounds that Marx once had vanished in an instant. Marx felt like he was falling slowly through a vertical white tunnel. Suddenly, everything went dark. Marx had been sent the the world of Mount Masami.
Marx heard nothing but the soft sound of waves in the background and the quiet calls of the seagulls. Marx slowly came to and realized he was on a shore. He shot up so that he was sitting up straight. He felt himself for injuries; there was nothing. He saw that he was still wearing his gray headband, black robe and boots. He felt the warm, fine sand pass through his fingers and the cool, refreshing breeze. Marx looked behind him and saw a huge forest behind him, but what really caught his eye were the sky scraping mountains off in the distance. At first, he thought he was in heaven since it was so nice. Suddenly, a short, green and hairy creature holding a wooden club came out and struck Marx in the back of the head. It was a quick, sharp pain, but it wasn't enough to subdue Marx. He lifted the small, ugly creature and sent his fist crashing into his skull. The creature fell silent. Marx looked towards the mountains and wondered what lied beyond those peaks. Marx decided that he wouldn't be able to survive on his own, so he set out on a search for intelligent life in this odd, enigmatic world.

Paragraph Count: 6
“Woah! Help!!!” The sound of the young fox’s scream penetrated through the woods. Kazuki ran, behind him a green furry beast chased after. Kazuki looked back, the monsters club coming near. Kazuki looked forward, a large lake was ahead, Kazuki could use that to escape the beast. He leaped over logs as he dodged a swing from the green monster's club, “Almost there.” Kazuki said as he was about to exit the forest.
Suddenly a flash of light appeared and the fox was blinded. Terrified, Kazuki leaped into the air and jumped atop a branch. The small green creature continued to run in a disoriented fashion into the light. It dimmed, and lying in the sand was a man, about six feet tall. Kazuki stared curiously at the human, the beast drawing near to him. The confused monster blasted his club into the skull of the human. In return Kazuki watched the human knock the creature to the ground, it now laid harmlessly quiet upon the ground.
Kazuki watched as the human began to walk away, he seemed to be confused. ‘Who’s that, it’s not any of the humans I’ve seen so far’ the fox questions. He leaps from branch to branch following the man, pondering what he should do. Princeton wasn’t anywhere nearby, and Kazuki wasn’t sure if this intimidating man was safe.
Kazuki summoned his mystical kitsune powers, and began to speak loudly in a deep voice. “Hello there human! Speak your name!” The fox wagged its tail merrily, always excited from scaring others with his powers. He waited for the human, who was probably shocked by his intimidating voice, to respond.
---------------
Meanwhile, at the Aniwa Falls, Princeton Hope was taking a shower for the first time in five days, since he first arrived on Masami. ‘This water feels amazing!’ thought the boy. The cool waters fell onto his hair, his naked body soaking as he sat below the water fall. The lake's water reached to his shoulders as he sat peacefully allowing the water to bounce off of his head. A mist rose as the waterfall made contact with the water, it was very calming.
Suddenly, Princeton was alarmed by the noise of the kitsune’s voice echoing through the forest. ‘Did he just say human? I wonder what could be going on… maybe I should go investigate…’ Princeton looked around at the peaceful falls, ‘Hmm it’s probably nothing, and this is too good to just quit.’ Princeton lets his body sink back into the water, and begins to doze off, completely ignoring his companion who was about to engage the newest human to land on the floating mountain of Masami.

Re: Marx Nightmare
Paragraph count: 8
As Marx walked towards the large, thick forest, Marx heard a deep, low voice."Hello human, speak your name!" Marx stopped abruptly and looked around quickly. What was this voice that had purged his mind just now? What is going on here? What kind of world is this?thought Marx. He wasn't scared in the slightest, however he was extremely wary. Although the voice sounded friendly enough, Marx didn't trust anyone who wouldn't reveal his face. Marx decided that the forest should contain at least one intelligent life form within its depths. Marx decided to ignore this voice in the end and continued on his trek.
Suddenly, Marx remembered the reason why he robbed the convenience store back on Earth; his stomach was growling like a lion. Marx decided to look for some food; with so many trees, one at least has to bear fruit of some sort. Marx looked up into the tall, green, big-leafed trees and scanned his eyes for some sort of food. His eyes soon found a purple fruit with white spikes hanging on a low branch of a young tree that Marx guessed would be about 12 ft tall. The fruit was just out of his grasp. Marx decided to tear one of the branches of the young tree out to hit the fruit with. He found a tall, sharp rock and placed it against a low branch. With a sharp pull, the branch snapped. The branch ended up with a sharp point, but Marx was even more satisfied with this; now it can be used as a weapon if need be.
Marx aimed his branch at the purple fruit and tossed it hard. The purple fruit was knocked off and it landed in the palm of Marx's hand. Marx grinned slightly and stuffed the fruit down his mouth; its texture was like a pear, but it's taste felt like a mix between a strawberry and an apple. It filled Marx more than he expected. Marx thought about his situation for the time being while things were peaceful.
How did I come to this place? What purpose is there for me being here? There cannot be no reason, there's always a reason whether it's logical or not. There seems to be intelligent life forms here in this world. I suppose the only way I will be able to survive here is to find someone trustworthy to help me find my way in this mysterious world.
Marx realized that the sound of a waterfall existed somewhere in this forest. It was a faint noise, but it was definitely a waterfall. Marx knew where there was water, there would be life. He followed his ears, knowing that if the sound was getting louder, he was going the correct way. Marx was quite ecstatic to know that there was going to be some source of fresh water in this odd world. Slowly, but surely, the sound of the falls gradually increased in volume. It took a long time, but eventually, Marx found a cave with green crystals embedded on the walls. Marx heard a faint voice at the end of the tunnel. Marx held his makeshift spear tightly and walked slowly through the tunnel.
When walking through the tunnel, Marx realized that he probably would never come back to Earth ever again. Earth was now a distant, painful memory to Marx now. The green, shining crystals stared at Marx. These enigmatic crystals were like nothing that Marx had ever seen on Earth. Marx never wanted to leave this world. Although there will be monsters who'd like nothing better than to attack him, it was better to fight one beast and live in this beautiful world than to go back to the hellhole that was Detroit. Marx laughed out loud and wore a small grin in his face as he walked out the end of the tunnel.
Marx was greeted by a small grove surrounded by the forest's trees. Marx didn't realize that he walked so far, that now he was seeing the mountain summit up close. White clouds circled the mountain in a fashion that Marx never saw. What shocked Marx the most was the floating mountains that hovered above the tall mountain summit. It was like something Marx heard from a Japanese movie. What was it called? Castle in the Sky? A heavy, but smooth waterfall fell from the highest island in the sky and lands in the mountain summit connected to the ground. The waterfall then fell into a huge reservoir with small rivers dividing into the deep forest.
Suddenly, a naked, young blond man came splashing out of the pond. He shook his head rapidly and laughed out loud. He looked at Marx with wide, blue eyes. He had a wide smile on his face which turned into a frown as he saw Marx. They stared at each other quietly. Marx was perplexed to find another human like himself in a world like this one. They continued to stare silently until the blond man spoke up.

Re: Marx Nightmare
OOC: Well, good job. Now, I have all three of my team's base locations up, so if you look at the topic labeled maps it will help ya with the descriptions of the locations. Those first three locations are located all near each other in the same forest, and the falls are close to the bottom of the mountain and they come from the Yukoalaki river, The Aniwa river. She's near the top of the mountain, her part of the river is on a flatter more calm part of it, and we are down near the base of the mountain were the large forests would be. I'm assuming that Nova is in between.
Paragraph Count: 13
Kazuki’s voice echoed throw the forest, birds flew from their peaceful nests. Kazuki was sure that the man would be afraid of him, but when he observed further his tail began to slow down and cease its wagging. The mascot of hope pouted as the man ignored him entirely. ‘How did he just ignore me?’ kazoo pondered. Kazoo decided to follow the man and keep a very close eye on him; he was way too suspicious to just leave alone.
Hopping from tree to tree, Kazoo kept his distance. Watching from tree branches, he watched the seemingly intelligent human force some fruit out of a tree. Kazuki, who remained quiet, continued to stalk the strange new human. Kazoo stumbled from branch to branch, until he was stopped by the human’s next action. ‘He’s going into the Sakkaku Caverns?’ Kazuki thought, as the young man walked into the crystal covered cave. A smile appeared on his face, ‘ Doesn't he know that entering the Sakkaku Caverns will get you lost for sure?’ the Sakkaku Caverns stretched throughout the mountain of Masami. This entrance was located at the very bottom of the mountain. The Sakkaku Cavern’s had the magical power to change, and as if the Caverns had a mind of their own, they were always sure to block out anybody who were unworthy.
‘Other than me, there is only one person out there who has ever been able to connect with those Caverns, and that’s Princeton. Everyone else would just get lost forever in there, either that or spit out the same entrance they came in. Its suicide to enter!’ Kazuki knew that the human would almost surely be lost by the magical Caverns complicated tunnels, but he just simply laughed, still a bit sore about being ignored. He sat outside the tunnels, being sure the human was far enough in that he couldn’t see the entrance were Kazoo stood. While being masked in the darkness of the ground, kazoo followed the man through the glowing green tunnels. He couldn’t wait to see the look on the human’s face when he figured out he was completely lost. The human would have no choice to pay attention to Kazuki, Kazoo is one of the only two who can make it through the caverns. If he wanted out, he'd have to apologize for ignoring him.
A light illuminated from the end of the caverns, the exit had been found. Kazoo stood in confusion, ‘How in the world did he get through? Only Princeton and I can travel through the caves! The Sakkaku Caverns deny everyone else! How could he…’ Kazuki was baffled by the human’s successfulness. The only way to get through the Sakkaku caverns was to have a spiritual connection with the tunnel itself, and if the cavern excepted you, then you are granted passage to wherever you intended to go. No ordinary person could ever be chosen by these picky tunnels, he had to be special. Now the only question was, what was this persons goals, and were was he intending to go?
Kazoo’s question was soon answered, as he realized witch entrance they had walked out of. It was the main one, the one exclusively meant for him and Princeton. Still near the foot of the mountain, the entrance stood over the forest were kazoo’s burrow was hidden, as well as the hidden location of the Aniwa Falls. It was the territory that Kazoo and Princeton shared, the place they called home. Kazuki, with a confused look on his face, abandoned following the man and began to run towards the falls. Princeton said he was going to be bathing there, and this was way to big a deal to just wait. An outsider had found their way to their home through the mystical Sakkaku Caverns, this was huge.
Princeton’s eyes slowly opened to allow the light of the yellow sun above shine in. He awoke, his skin filled with the waterfall's moisture. ‘Ok, I guess I’ve been in here long enough, it’s time to get dressed and figure out were Kazoo ran off to.’ Princeton stood up and climbed out of the cool waters, a smile was on his face. He felt completely refreshed. His clothing was hidden in a bush in front of him, that way there was no chance of that expensive armor being found and taken. He was about to reach down and grab his cloths when an unfamiliar figure caught his eye.
His smile faded into a frown as his mind processed what was going on. It was another human! Princeton was standing completely exposed in front of another human he hadn’t seen before. No this person was neither Yuko nor Jubes, he was unfamiliar and was looking right at him. “Hey!!” Princeton shouted at the stranger. “Look away!!” Princeton screamed, his hands quickly retreating to cover his genitals. Not knowing what the man’s response was he quickly dashed into the bush his cloths were hidden in. He scrambled to place his underwear on, the itchy plant protecting unwanted eyes from seeing things they weren’t suppose too.
“Hey keep turned around!” The blond boy commanded, making sure that the dude wasn’t turning around. His underwear got yanked onto his person, and Princeton gave a sigh of relief. He grabbed his chainmail armor and left the bush. He spoke, and the sound of the metal links clanked together as he simultaneously began to assemble his armor. “Ok, ok, you can look back now. Sorry about that, you don't need to worry, this isn't the garden of Eden, people don't typically run nude round here. I really didn’t expect to see anyone out here.” He slid the Chainmail top over his head, muffling the sound of his voice. “Your one of the few humans I’ve met here on Masami.”
The armor slid over his head, the color of silver armor clashed against the blue, plaid, boxers he was wearing. He lifted his left leg and began to push it through the leg hole of his armor. As he jumped like an idiot putting on the bottom half of his armor, he continued to speak. “My name is Princeton Hope. I’ve had to make Masami my happy home for the last… five days I think? How did you get here?”
He slid the second pant leg up and completed his armor. He strapped the metal plates together, attaching the two halves of the armor into one. He smiled it was obvious the dude hadn’t been here as long Yuko, Jubes, and Princeton had. He had to be a newcomer. “Well, I guess you get to be stuck here too. This here, is Mount Masami. It’s a very dangerous place, so you will need to get some proper armor and a good weapon.” As the words left his mouth he reached down to the ground and grabbed his katar, the blade reflected his sparkling purple eyes back at him.
He looked up from his weapon and back at the dark haired man. “There are monsters everywhere; there are only a few safe places on the entire mountain. You always have to have your guard up against anything that might want to…” Princeton’s voice got cut off by the sound of rustling in the bushes beside them. Princeton quickly clutched his weapon and prepared for the worst. Out of the bushes, came a small little orange fluff ball. It was Kazuki.
Princeton sighed in relief as he realized the threat was harmless. The fox, out of breath, tried to speak as fast as his lungs would allow. “Prince! There’s this guy in the woods, he somehow found his way through the Sakkaku Caverns! He beat up this monster and I don’t know if he is trustworthy…” He paused as he noticed the human standing in front of him, “Whoa! Prince! That’s him!” Princeton laughed at the scared kitsune. He knelt down and rubbed the fox’s head.
“Hey, he’s fine, he just seems like he was lost like I was.” The fox began to calm down and Princeton looked back over to the guy. “This here, this is Kazuki. Little Kazoo gave me a place to stay when I first arrived here. I assume that his yelling about a half hour ago was directed at you wasn’t it? I hope he didn’t cause any trouble.”

Re: Marx Nightmare
Paragraph Count: 9
Marx was perplexed to see another human like himself in a surreal world such as this one. Marx stared at the blond man until he spoke up. "Hey!"shouted the naked blond man. "
Look away!"The blond man let out a high pitched scream that echoed into the forest. He ran behind some tall bushes with his hands censoring his gonads. To Marx, this man who seemed to just recently become full grown was somewhat feminine and slightly annoying. Marx ignored what he saw telling himself that he just probably wasn't expecting him just like how Marx wasn't expecting to see a blond man.
"Hey! Keep turned around!"yelled the blond man. Marx groaned. Why would he have any desire to look at that man's genitals again. Also, it wasn't like he was a naked women so really there shouldn't be any issue here. Marx was getting even more annoyed by the minute. “Ok, ok, you can look back now. Sorry about that, you don't need to worry, this isn't the garden of Eden, people don't typically run nude round here. I really didn’t expect to see anyone out here.”
Marx sighed. He was taking a shower, it's not like he was stripping because he felt like it(or at least, Marx hoped that was the case.) Marx wasn't sure what to think about this awkward young man. He seemed kind enough, but he seemed a bit odd to Marx;he had never seen a guy as self aware as this blond man. In any case, he didn't seem to be dangerous for the time being.“Your one of the few humans I’ve met here on Masami.” Wait, there were other humans here? Marx had to know.
The blond man jumped out of the bushes quickly and as gracefully as Christopher Walken when he tried to tell the story of the Three Little Pigs (in other words, very clumsy.) Marx was quite surprised to see that the clumsy blond man was wearing some pretty decent chain mail armor. The plates looked a bit light for armor, but nevertheless effective either way. “My name is Princeton Hope. I’ve had to make Masami my happy home for the last… five days I think? How did you get here?” asked Princeton as he put on the bottom half of his armor.
"My name is Marx Nightmare. I have no idea how I came to this mysterious place,"Marx paused for a moment to look at the scenery once more. "Although I should be thankful that I was able to escape here. I would've been shot if I wasn't teleported here in time. How about you, how did you come to this odd world?" However, Princeton seemed to be an ignorant man since he was putting on his armor as Marx told him about parts of his story. Marx got even more annoyed.
“Well, I guess you get to be stuck here too. This here, is Mount Masami. It’s a very dangerous place, so you will need to get some proper armor and a good weapon.” Aren't fists enough? The monsters here don't seem to be strong at all. thought Marx. “There are monsters everywhere; there are only a few safe places on the entire mountain. You always have to have your guard up against anything that might want to…” Suddenly, the bushes surrounding the area started to rustle. Marx held his wooden spear tightly and Princeton held his small, compact katar in his hands. Both were ready to kill.
A small, orange fox-like creature jumped out of the bushes. Apparently, this wasn't a threat since Princeton sighed as he saw the fox come out. Marx was extremely shocked to hear the fox speak and that its voice was the voice he heard earlier on the beach. The fox turned and noticed Marx's existence. He exclaimed to Princeton about his existence and Princeton simply laughed. This fox seemed to be quite friendly to Marx. He definitely was too small to cause any real damage to Marx in any case.
“Hey, he’s fine, he just seems like he was lost like I was.” The fox began to calm down and Princeton looked back over to Marx. “This here, this is Kazuki. Little Kazoo gave me a place to stay when I first arrived here. I assume that his yelling about a half hour ago was directed at you wasn’t it? I hope he didn’t cause any trouble.”
"He spoke to me earlier on the beach. I didn't respond earlier just because I wasn't sure if he was an enemy or not. It's always the intelligent ones you want to look out for when facing them as enemies. They can always to major damage to people. Just look at MacArthur and even Napoleon. They were intelligent people. Anyways, sorry I didn't answer earlier. I wasn't sure to trust you because you could've had the intent to lure me into the forest where you would've had a home field advantage and ambushed me. No one died being too careful you know?"

Re: Marx Nightmare
Paragraph Count: 11OOC: Okay, you seem to have gotten the hang of this. I like how you quoted me, it's fine that you did BUT please remember that the less original words you got of your own, the less reward you'd get for those paragraphs.
Now, we have now reached three posts each, and that is the standard requirement for the join RP, BUT I think it is obvious that we are going to need just one more short post each to truly sum this up.
The man gave his name, it was Marx Nightmare. Kazuki starred at him with his big eyes. The fox gives a grown and speaks, “I guess I understand it is pretty dangerous. I just wish my trick could a worked…” He mumbled the last part beneath his breath. Princeton gave a short chuckle. That little kitsune had helped him out a ton; he was the only reason that Prince was able to keep a cheerful mood through all of this. Princeton had been worried about his family, they were sure to be worried. But now, he knew that if he went home that he would be crushing the pore little Kazuki’s heart.
Now he looked up from the cheerful fox and back at Marx. Marx was too serious for Princeton’s taste. Marx seemed to have had some major issues in his past, either that or he is just coping differently, because he doesn’t seem to be missing earth at all. The fact that he has entered a completely different dimension didn’t even faze him. Princeton couldn’t stand how quiet he was either, he barely laughed at anything that was funny. “Marx...” Princeton paused lost in thought. “Nah, I don’t really like it. Sounds too communist to me. I’m just going to call you Night. It’s a lot easier to say Night than it is to say Marx.” (Joke Expln)
Princeton gave a short laugh before continuing his speech. “If you just arrived here, then that means my suspicions were correct, Yuke, Jube, and I aren’t the only ones Masami has decided to snatch up. Witch means there has to be a reason why humans are all of a sudden finding their way here…” Princeton continued to try and make sense of everything. As he pondered he began to walk towards the path that led to Kazoo’s burrow, he gave a wave to Marx telling him to follow him. As they began to walk Princeton continued his thought.
“Kazuki, you said that he went through the Sakkaku Caverns to get here right?” Princeton said as he looked down at the animal, who was wagging it’s tail and following behind them. “Yup, I have no idea how though.” Princeton looked over at Marx. He pushed a branch out of his way as he continued on the path obviously knowing the way. “That’s right. Those Tunnels are magic. They have kept everyone but me and Kazoo from finding their way through. Yuko and Jubilee were strong yes, but they lacked a certain something that obviously the Caverns require. The fact that you came through means that you must also have whatever quality that lets me and Kazoo get through.”
He paused as he jumped over a log. He looked back to make sure Night was still keeping up before he continued speaking. The many branches forced him to pause occasionally. “And the fact that those tunnels guided you to our part of the forest means that they must have wanted us to meat. They’d never let someone untrustworthy get through to our happy home. Why do you think there aren't many beasts around these parts?” He pushed some more bushes out of there path, slicing them apart with his small blade. “You know, I tried to get along with these two other humans I met. All three of us arrived almost at the exact same time. They were strong, and I respect them quite a bit, but the trio was just to different. We could never stop bickering, it isn’t like they had bad ideas, its just none of us could agree on what was best.”
He gave a short laugh and continued. “We couldn’t stand it, so we refused to join together and we all went back to our respective homes. I honestly got nothing against either of the two, but it would be better for all of us if we just stayed separated.” Kazuki decided to chime in and give an announcement he was obviously excited about. “So! Princeton and I decided to brake away, and we created the fabulous Team Hope!” He cheered out, singing the team's name.
Prince quickly responded, his voice showed a small amount of embarrassment, “Haha, Team Hope’s the silly name Kazuki came up with. He got really into the idea that me and him would be in a team.” He gave another laugh as he saw the annoyed look on the fox’s face. “Well, the idea isn’t all bad. It’s better to stay in a team than to be off on your own here. You might not believe me, but the evil, and powerful things you’d see here are unreal. So, weather or not it’s named after me or not, being in a team would be the best option. How would you like to-“
“Hey! Team Hope is a great name!!!” Kazoo shouted out in anger. “You can’t just change it! It’s called Hope!” Princeton’s eyes grew wide in surprise with the outburst. “Ok, ok, calm down bud. Fine it’s called Team Hope then.” He sighed and shook his head. He looked up. The old tree became visible in the distance. Kazuki’s burrow was hidden underneath, its hiding place was found by the original ancient humans of Masami and later claimed by the young fox. “Anyway, the point I was trying to make here was, you seem strong, and with some equipment and a little bit of training I think you could be very useful.
“Plus I wouldn’t mind having a rival who I could train with. So, what do you say? You want to join Team Hope and live here with us.” Princeton stopped in his tracks. They had made it to their home, and possibly the soon to be home of one more. Princeton stood with a serious looking smile, staring into Marx’s eyes in a way that was intended to almost intimidate him into saying yes.
Kazoo wagged his tail excitedly, and placed his front two paws onto Night’s leg. He looked into the man’s eyes with adorably huge golden brown eyes. “Please!!?” The young fox begged in the same way a child would when asking for just ‘five more minuets’. “Come on. I can even give you the money to pay for some armor to get you started.” The fox used his magic to reveal ten sparkling blue coins that were hidden with magic in between his scarf and his neck. The fox grasped the coins in is small mouth, half of the coins feel to the soft ground because of lack of mouth space. The sparkling coins were made of a crystal like substance; it had been smoothed out and imprinted with ancient symbols.
Each one of these blue coins was worth 100 normal coins. That meant one thousand total coins. Princeton looked in shock at the little creature, “What!? That’s the same amount you gave me! Since when did you have that much…” Princeton shook his head, “Oh never mind, I don’t want to know. So, we’ll pay for your equipment too, so what do you say???”

Re: Marx Nightmare
Paragraph Count: 9
Princeton frowned at Marx. Marx couldn't tell if he was pitying him, or if he was slightly annoyed with him. Marx frowned as well, thinking to himself that Princeton would have no real reason to be truly annoyed with him. He was quiet and dark-complected, but usually people would be more scared by Marx from that than to be annoyed with him. Princeton spoke up. "Marx. Nah I don't really like it, sounds too communist to me. I'll just call you Night. Marx chuckled slightly at this joke. It actually made some logical sense to Marx.
Princeton continued to rant on about how since Marx was there, then it would prove that humans are beginning to be spontaneously teleported to Masami for an unknown reasons. Marx didn't really care enough to listen to Princeton and Kazuki's rant, there was no reason to. Marx would've been killed if he wasn't sent to Masami. It was as though some unknown entity wanted to give Marx a second chance of attaining a peaceful life. Going back to Detroit now would be as bad as suicide to Marx now.
Marx was snapped out of his stupor when he heard Kazuki sing out Team Hope. This got Marx's attention for the sheer fact that it was at quite a high and somewhat feminine pitch. He looked at Princeton who seemed to go red slightly out of embarrassment from his furry companion. He explained to Marx how having a team in this world might be quite essential to their survival. The monsters in the world of Masami would be quite powerful indeed.
Marx thought about it. Having a team would be quite useful indeed. It would mean that he had just found a place where he could call home. Plus, having a teammate when battling these partners could be very useful owing to the fact that Marx's only weapon so far was a wooden spear. Also, he could attain some more efficient equipment for survival. Also sparring with Princeton seemed fun as well. Marx did not see any flaw with joining up with Princeton.
"...So, what do you say? Would you like to join Team Hope and live here with us?"finished Princeton with a serious-looking smile on his face. Princeton seemed to be trying to intimidate him into joining him, but a serious face on Princeton just wasn't effective. In fact, it looked kind of comical to Marx and he laughed out loud. Even little Kazuki was begging Marx into joining Hope.
Kazuki suddenly took out ten sparkling blue coins out of his scarf and dropped five on the ground. Marx had never seen any kind of coins that were as bright as these were. They were minted with symbols that Marx had never before seen in his life. He picked one up and looked at it closely, observing every little symbol etched into the coin. Its weight was quite light to Marx considering the size. Kazuki and Princeton told him that these coins were worth 100 coins each and that he could use these to buy some equipment.
Princeton seemed slightly angry at Kazuki for some monetary issue or something. Marx was slightly annoyed at Princeton's slight immaturity, especially for someone at his age. Marx thought that Princeton came from a pampered lifestyle back on Earth; his attitude sure seemed to justify that in Marx's opinion. If anything, Marx was sure of this because Princeton actually wanted to go back home. Whether it would be for family or friends or whatever, Marx guessed that this meant that Princeton didn't have too many hardships in his life.
Marx decided to finally answer Princeton's request after a minute of silence. "I guess I'll tag along for the time being. I will need help maneuvering through this world since I've barely been here for a day. I also think that new equipment won't be a bad thing either. I'll definitely need a decent weapon," A thought popped up into Marx's head. Since this was a world that would be considered a fantasy on Earth, would magic exist in this world too?
"Also, is there magic to be learned in this world? Since this is a world so unlike Earth's, I would expect that it would bring opportunities for us to learn things we normally wouldn't be able to on Earth. Anyways, I'll join your group. You seem strong and trustworthy enough." Marx extended his hand to Princeton. This was a new opportunity for Marx and he was in no hurry to waste this gift.
Princeton frowned at Marx. Marx couldn't tell if he was pitying him, or if he was slightly annoyed with him.

Re: Marx Nightmare
Paragraph Count: 1
Princeton smiled, a thoughtful look was on his face. Kazuki jumped up and down merrily. “Magic you say? Well, what do you think even makes this world diferent from earth? The only true physical difference is that this world posses a mystical force. And Yes, we humans, though I haven’t done it yet, can learn spells.” Today was the first day, the first day that Team Hope would truly be a Team. This would be the founding moment that started everything. No matter what their individual goals, they would all work together to make them come true. As new humans arrived, more and more would find their way onto this newly formed team. And from now, and forever, Marx Nightmare would be known as the “co-founder” of the Team Hope. “Welcome to the team dude, glad to have you aboard. Come on I’ll show you inside.”
----------------
OOC: Congratulations, you are now the first person to join Team Hope, and the first real member to finish joining a Team on all of Masami. I will have your permissions set and your membership activated, and you will be able to officially contribute to the World of Masami!
Welcome Night
PS: We need a RP judge, Yuko, since Jubes ain’t here today maybe you could take over???

Re: Marx Nightmare
Marx: Paragraph Count: 30
Coins earned: 147
Exp: 32 (For excellent writing style)
Feedback: Excellent job, Marx. Especially for not having RP'd before. You also added an extra section of roleplay than you had to, which was nice.
Prince: Paragraph Count: 31
Coins earned: 143
Exp: 31
Feedback: You really incorporated Marx into your story well. Your writing style's good, but you could add more. Or not. I just felt like saying something. I didn't like the one paragraph Roleplay, but I know why it's there.
Well, good job to all! Marx, welcome to Masami!
