The Boy in Black (Solo )
OOC: Yes this is, and will be a solo. It has some aspects of Masami’s ancient history involved, but it surely is not anything that I haven’t talked to admins about before and definitely isn’t the only force out there. But NO I don’t want someone joining in like on my last solo xP
Any questions PM me, please don’t post in here.

A bright sun shined into the beautiful castle. The midday air filled it with a relaxing sent. A man, still young stood in front of his windowsill. About 21 the man was, he had long golden blonde hair that matched the color of the sun. He looked out at the land, green forests filled his site. But in the horizon something troubled him. The green luscious paradise faded into a horizon shrouded in shadows. The life vanished, covered by a great dark and baron wasteland. The clouds twisted off in the distance as great powerful forces were at work.
The young man spoke aloud. “Father..” He paused. An old man sat in a fancy chair behind him, he made a subtle sound of acknowledgement. “Masami has been at war for way too long… So many lives have been lost…” The man nodded his head. He had a short white beard. His head laid atop of a pair of broad shoulders. He gave out a cough before he spoke.
“Delano my prince, t‘is absolutely a dreadful fate Masami has came to... It can not be helped though, we can never let darkness prevail. Masami’s Kingdome can never be allowed to fall into the hands of evil.” The man spoke, his voice echoed through the long room followed by a silence. The blonde prince Delano turned around to face his father. A slightly grim look was in his eye. “But father… why? So many lives have already been lost… It is clear we are loosing this war, the forces of corruption have already spread around us. Beautiful forests consumed by never ending darkness…”
A sorrowful feel came over the room. In the distance a flash of purple lightning stuck the dark corrupted lands, demonstrations of the war’s wrath. “ It will not be long before they invade, taking the entire Kingdome like how they have taken everything else they desired…” The king stood up and walked over to his son. He set a hand on the boy’s shoulder. “Please do not talk like that my son. We will find a way to win this war, and if we don’t… We have developed plans for such a case... We will take it all away, far above their reach, Mount Masami would forever be untouchable by darkness!”
The son shoved his father’s arm from his shoulder. His eyes closed tightly a tear formed in the young man’s eyes. He turned around to hide it from his father before he spoke. “No! Can’t you see, our efforts are futile! Father, each and every day their borders expand, as our kingdom’s shrink… There is no hope… It is time to just give in and let it take us. Who says our people must die, why can’t we embrace it, live with it, the powers could actually become beneficial!”
His father quickly interrupted him, “Enough!” His voice was loud and harsh, an angry scowl filled his face. “I don’t want to hear another word of this nonsense! What you speak of his evil, only the most vile of demons could consider it. To except their power would be giving up our own souls. To do such a thing would be unspeakable! Leave these chambers and go to your room at once! We will not discuss this any further!” The shouting seized and the young man looked away. He quickly marched up the stairs. The echoed sounds of his shoes filled the entire chamber.
---------
Princeton jerked awake. His eyes quickly destroyed the images he saw, a dark sense had took over the dream. He gasped for air violently, beads of sweat ran down his body. A disturbing laugh echoed through his mind. It was high in pitch, and had a very malevolent touch to it. A shiver went though his spine as he shook his head, his hair violently trying to put a stop to the odd dream. Suddenly the energy faded. The dark feeling had completely faded. The only sound he heard was the sound of crickets and his own deep breathing. ‘Who were those people…’
As he sat, a dark force was fleeing detection. An impish laugh came from the paleface. Red glowing eyes forced their way through the shadowy locks of hair. A dark energy followed the boyish creature. He had learned all that he needed to know about young Princeton Hope. Using the power of the young boy’s dreams, the man had managed to take some memories, memories that would help him get the things that he desired. Of course he had to give up some information of his own history to discover that of Princeton’s, it was the only way the spell was successful, but he doubted that it would interfere with his master plot…

Paragraph count: 10
Princeton peeled his eyes open early the next morning. They felt heavy, they were surrounded by two large dark circles. That dream had coast Princeton a great deal of sleep. Something about it just felt bad to Princeton, but he couldn’t quite figure out why the dream felt so dark. Princeton slowly began to get up. The blankets began to fall off of his skin. He looked over at Kazoo who was messing with some things over in the corner of the room.
“Good morning Kazoo.” Princeton moaned at the animal. “What are you doing?” The animal jumped at the sound of Princeton. He then gave a smile and talked in his usual voice, witch was too loud for Princeton during his current state. “I’m getting ready to go and gather a few berries and seeds from the woods. A storm recently kicked up some strong winds. The fruits just fell right off and I want to make sure I get them before they go bad.”
Princeton gave a nod as the animal grabbed a makeshift bag made from ripped cloth and hopped out of the burrow. Princeton rubbed an eye as he stood up. With a yawn he began to walk over to his armor. The chainmail assembled itself over the boy, and it attached itself in its typical way. He lifted the Katar from the ground. It was heavy to Princeton now, his arm didn’t have the energy to hold it with all of the armor’s weight. He then dropped the weapon and flopped onto his bed. ‘Missing a few hours of training won’t kill me, I need more sleep.’ And Princeton quickly fell into his deep slumber.
-------------
Kazuki took fruit after fruit from the damp ground. While the fruits were dirty and bruised, they would still make good food after a quick rinse in the Aniwa falls. The fox had wondered just almost out of site of his tree. The noise of the morning birds made Kazoo smile with glee. The little fox, even though he lived in a world filled with vile monsters of many kinds, always seems to stay happy and cheerful. His innocence gave the members of Team Hope a reason to keep going. They would always do anything they could to protect him. The dark force looming over seemed to be un fearful of the Team’s determination though.
Hidden atop a tall tree, the bushels of leaves shielding him, the dark man stood watching over the poor young fox. The man gave out a short and evil laugh. He was the same one from the night before. His evil plan was falling into place, and the young fox being alone and unprotected would make it much easier. It was then that Kazuki heard a strange noise. He looked around and sniffed the air. He smelled a verry dark energy, it chilled him to his core. He became very cautious.
The dark man suddenly leaped from the tree he hid in. He intensified his dark power and Kazoo immediately sensed it. He gave out a scream as he saw the man fly towards him. He looked about 21, and almost human, but his ears were pointy and his skin was pale. His pale skin had nearly a violet tint to it, and his bright red eyes glowed through his long purple hair. He had a large purple cloche with a dark tunic beneath. The man’s gaze felt evil, and his grin was cursed by a few pointy teeth. His fingernails were pointed and sharp.
Kazuki tried to leap out of the way but it was too late. The man became consumed by a dark energy and within instants he grabbed hold of the fox boy. The bag of fruit fell to the ground and the food rolled away. The kitsune violently kicked his legs, trying to brake free. “Let me go!” The fox shouted. He ripped his mouth open and bit down hard on the arm that held him. The man gave out a shout before releasing the young boy. He hopped down and summoned a wall of blue fox flames at the bad guy. The flames were harmless but at least they could distract the bad guy long enough for the fox to try to get away.
Breathing heavily the fox ran with all of his might. The tree was in his sight. If he could only get Princeton he might stand a chance. He turned his head backwards to look for the kidnapper. The blue flames were easily deflected by the demons dark energy. He began to run towards the boy, running much faster than any normal human. He nearly glided over the ground, with seemingly no resistance. Their eyes met for just a moment, the sight terrified the young fox.
He turned back forward. He was almost at the burrow. The fox gave a very loud and powerful shout, fueled by the animal’s illusion magic. It echoed throughout the land. “Princeton!!!!!” The moment the word left the fox’s mouth a cloud of dark gas exploded in front of him. Kazuki gasped in shock as he ran right into the foe he was running from. The man squeezed the Kitsune tightly into his grasp. He began to glow with a threatening energy. An ancient symbol glowed beneath the man’s feet as he summoned his dark powers.
A purple light glowed around the young fox. He kicked and screamed trying to break free of the man's grasp. He slowly began to float out of the man’s hands. He became mesmerized by the magic that was holding him. A spear of dark energy surrounded him, making a magical prison. Kazoo thrashed about trying to break free, but the barrier was not fazed. The evil man gave out a dark laugh, he held the orb of purple light in his hand. The purple light held his main target. Kazuki was now his prisoner.
